Welcome to VALET HAUL L.L.C. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our doorstep valet trash collection services. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following provisions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. INTRODUCTION
VALET HAUL L.L.C. ('we', 'us', or 'our') provides professional waste management solutions specifically designed for multi-family residential communities. These terms apply to all individuals and entities who utilize our doorstep collection services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Our primary service involves the scheduled collection of bagged household waste from designated valet containers located at the doorsteps of individual residential units. Waste is then transported to the community's central disposal or recycling location.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must ensure all waste is securely tied and placed inside the provided valet bin. Bins must be set out only during established pickup times and retrieved the following morning. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, large furniture, loose items, and construction debris.
4. QUOTE RESQUEST & CONTRACT FORM
Property managers and community representatives can easily request a service quote or contact our team through our online form. Simply provide your property details and service needs, and a representative from VALET HAUL L.L.C. will respond promptly with more information and a customized service estimate.
5. SERVICE ACCESS AND SCHEDULING
Pickups are conducted based on the community schedule, typically five nights per week, excluding Wednesday nights . Our service teams require continuous, unobstructed access to property grounds and corridors. Holiday schedules and severe weather conditions may lead to temporary pickup adjustments.
6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
VALET HAUL L.L.C. is not responsible for spills or property damage resulting from improperly secured waste bags. By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or costs arising from your breach of these terms.
7. TERMINATION
Service may be terminated for any resident who consistently fails to follow pickup protocols. Community-wide service termination follows the conditions outlined in the master service agreement between VALET HAUL L.L.C. and the property management.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to improve our services or comply with legal updates. All changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon their publication.
